1st Wednesday Prayer Gathering
Connecting to God in a relationship has always been central to Westside’s mission, and prayer is central to this authentic connection.

One of the hallmarks of a Westside student missions trip is that students don’t just show up and hang out but they have an opportunity to lead. This leadership opportunity led several students to explore how they can use their S.H.A.P.E. to impact others. Some students also expressed a desire to pursue further education and vocational options in international missions.

I'm in it for the long haul with Jesus on this. I'm going to live free of shame, but I know it won't happen over night. I'm practicing new ways of thinking and new ways of resting in the gospel, it's yielding different behavior. But like with all new habits it's going to take awhile of that to become the new normal.
