The Why – Jesus’ resurrection conquered death once and for all
The How of the Resurrection
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit.
1 Peter 3:18
The How – The Holy Spirit raised Jesus from the dead.
Jesus Emptied Himself
Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
Philippians 2:6-7

Limited Power
If Satan drives out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then can his kingdom stand?...But if it is by the Spirit of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

Same Power
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms…
