The Church is a Family

God has given us the privilege of being born again so that we are now members of God’s own family (1 Peter 3:1)

God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. (Ephesians 1:5)

Even before you or I were even born God’s vision was to provide the way to adopt us into his family through Christ. It gave him great pleasure.

A healthy Family helps you to take a Next Steps

And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,  not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the day approaching.
