Jonathan Hansen

Westside Family, we've made exciting progress with our Lead Teaching Pastor search—thank you for your prayers! As we just announced, after months of a comprehensive national search, our LTP Search Team and Pastors have prayerful and unanimous confirmation to call a wonderful candidate to Westside who will be introduced to our larger congregation this Sunday.

Our search is a culmination of many months of transition planning, networking, and a national search in partnership with Vanderbloemen encompassing over 180 candidates. After several rounds of evaluations, we arrived at a handful of highly qualified candidates. These were comprehensively vetted, and multiple rounds of interviews ensued. With continuous prayer, online interviews, and then multiple-day in-person interactions, our clear selectee emerged. Our prayerful confirmation was unanimous, and simultaneously, our candidate's family prayerfully sought and received their confirmation.

We will all have opportunities to meet our selectee, who will be at Westside to teach Sunday, the 26th, and again on Feb. 2nd. We'll have "meet & greets" after each service so you can greet Jonathan and Lindsey.

On Sunday, February 2nd, we'll have another opportunity to get to know them, and then we'll hold a Family Forum meeting to affirm the call of our next Lead Teaching Pastor to join our Pastoral team.
