JJ LANE
STUDENT PASTOR
JJ is passionate about helping others follow Jesus. He especially loves leading the next generation to love Jesus, become like Jesus and share Jesus. He believes that they aren’t the church of the future, they are the church right now. JJ is focused on equipping and challenging the next generation to live out a faith of their own. He also get excited to help people live out God’s word through Christ-centered preaching.
JJ has been in ministry for over 15 years. He has served in various roles, but predominantly in student ministry. JJ has been at Westside since 2019 and looks forward to serving here for many years to come.
Outside of following Jesus, the best decision JJ ever made was marrying Becca. JJ and Becca are raising two world changers: Ella and Logan. JJ enjoys cycling, sports, grilling, reading, connecting with people, and watching OU football in his free time.
