JEFF MANFORD
PASTOR OF TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Jeff leads the amazing team at Westside. He oversees Operations, Culture Development, Finance, and our Ministry Team Leaders. Jeff enjoys finding great people, developing their leadership skills, and cheering them on as they lead. Prior to joining the team at Westside, Jeff spent fifteen years in management & operations at a large financial company in downtown Kansas City.
Jeff loves Westside and has a passion for helping others discover the unconditional love and acceptance of Jesus Christ.
Jeff and his beautiful wife Kim live in Overland Park and have two amazing adult children. Jeff enjoys running, traveling, woodworking, and any great sporting event.
